it really does look like both, albeit a bit less beautiful. breugel, was part of the great flemish painters (altho he was dutch) and gaugain was a french artist

top: hunters in the snow, pieter bruegel
bottom: garden under snow, paul gauguin

never heard of either artist before, but what lovely references

just checked, and i'm 100% sure you're on an old version of the app. i think sometimes it just takes a while to update. eventually when it does you'll be able to post photos :)

looking down from up in the plane it really looked like a breugel painting, i said this to the old lady next to me and she was like "it's more of a gaugain" and you know what she is right. is this the og belgium aesthetic?
