Small tip for my brain fogged friends for whenever you feel brain fog.

From what I can tell, brain fog is caused by a lack of dopamine/endorphin in your system for any reason (anxiety, depression, fatigue, poor sleep, any other reason).

One thing you can try, is to think about a memory that brings you excitement. You know, the tingly feeling you have above your stomach when something really cool is gonna happen, or you're thinking about someone you love.

This emotion, excited anticipation, is the emotion that releases the most endorphin your body can generate, and it rushes your brain with it and it can instantly clear brain fog.

Now the thing is, when you clear brain fog, it might just be temporary, so you have to use that newly found functionning brain time to sort through all of your thoughts before the endorphin gets used up.

But alas, the problem with brain fog is that during brain fog your brain doesn't work as well, so it's really hard to realise you're having brain fog... What a fucked up thing the brain is.
